If there is no alarm even though you set it, we recommend the following steps:
No acoustic signal
- Check that you do not have the nightmode activated with alarms deactivated
- Use the signal preview to check if a sound is produced
- Set an alarm which you can check easily like CO2
No push or email
The most likely reason is, that the Push token is not correct. Deactivate and reactivate the switch for the pushes
