The air-Q allows to download the acquired air measurement data from the device as raw data (CSV – format). There are several ways to do this.
1. data from the SD card
Deactivate the air-Q and remove the micro SD card. On the PC, copy the measurement data from the micro SD card (folder: “uncrypt”) and convert it using our CSV converter. The converter and a step by step guide can be found here: converter.air-q.com
The folder structure of the measurement data on the SD card is “Year”->”Month”->”Day”, so for example: “2023”->”6″->”20″ that the measurement data from 20.06.2023 (whole day) will be used for the conversion.
2. export of the data via the air-Q Cloud
Create a user account at my.air-q.com or in the air-Q app. Data upload must be activated on the air-Q and the device must be inserted in the account. Note: Only data that has been measured and uploaded from the time the data upload was enabled can be downloaded.
3. download of the measurement data via the air-Q API
For air-Q Science customers further ways are available by accessing the API. The API is described by an extensive documentation.
