Download the measurement data to the air quality sensors from the air-Q

The air-Q allows to download the acquired air measurement data from the device as raw data (CSV – format). There are several ways to do this.

1. Data from the SD card

Deactivate the air-Q and remove the micro SD card. On the PC, copy the measurement data from the micro SD card (folder: “uncrypt”. The folder structure of the measurement data on the SD card is “Year”->”Month”->”Day”). The online converter and a step by step guide can be found here: converter.air-q.com. The data can also be converted locally into a CSV file using our Converter Tool für Windows.

Note: All air-Q with Science Option have the option of saving the measurement data directly as a CSV file on the SD card, eliminating the need for conversion.

2. Export of the data via the air-Q Cloud

Create a user account at my.air-q.com or in the air-Q app. Data upload must be activated on the air-Q and the device must be inserted in the account. Note: Only data that has been measured and uploaded from the time the data upload was enabled can be downloaded.

Note: This feature is a premium feature and may be subject to a fee.

3. Download of the measurement data via the air-Q API

For air-Q with the Science Option, additional options are available through API access. For example, historical data can be retrieved directly from the air-Q via the API. The API is described by an extensive documentation.
