The USB plug of the air-Q is angled and can only be plugged in in one direction so that the cable routing works. The table stand must therefore be attached in a special orientation so that there are no restrictions here.
There are two ways to attach the table stand:
1. attachment to older models of the air-Q without separate mounting holes on the housing.
Please pull out the power plug on the air-Q. To attach the table stand, loosen the two lower screws (Torx Tx6 screwdriver required). Then attach the base to the air-Q as follows and fix it with the enclosed slightly longer Phillips screws.
Important: Under no circumstances use the longer Phillips screws without a table stand, since without a table stand they can sink too deeply into the housing and damage the electronics.
2. attachment to devices with separate mounting holes on the air-Q housing.
Please pull out the power plug on the air-Q. The table stand can be easily attached at the bottom in the additional holes with the supplied longer Phillips screws.
Alignment of the table stand:
The table stand must be aligned on the case’s base so that the open side points away from the USB-C port (power supply). Only then can the USB cable be placed in the cable guide.
